With an increasingly competitive market in mind, PGF not only uses suitable measuring equipment (profile projectors, roughness testers, durometer, optical measuring machine) but also employs advanced control and traceability methods, such as statistical analysis, trend analysis, parametric tests, and supplier inspections.
For production monitoring, tools, equipment, and devices are used that are periodically calibrated or checked, with the control being entrusted directly to highly qualified internal personnel or external metrological laboratories.
To meet the needs of the automotive sector, where very high-quality standards are required, the company has installed an automatic optical sorting machine equipped with three cameras, capable of working on a disc or belt.
