The automatic turning company PGF makes use of advanced technologies, such as multi-spindle turning centres, which enable the annual production of millions of custom-made parts, such as bushes, pins, washers, small metal parts, and screws. Turning on multi-spindles has allowed the company to be appreciated by both major multinational corporations in the automotive sector and companies involved in aftermarket services.
PGF’s multi-spindle lathes are suitable for the production of high quantities of moderately complex turned parts, up to a diameter of 28mm. To ensure greater productivity, these lathes are equipped with an automatic bar loader. Within the facility, PGF has developed a small sharpening department equipped with sharpeners and grinders, where various types of tools and drills can be manufactured and sharpened.
