Production of turned components

Since 1954, PGF Turning has specialised in the production of turned metal components to design for various industrial applications. Over the course of three generations, the Pelissero family has transformed the company by focusing on new technologies in the sector to make their production more extensive, flexible, fast, and efficient. In 2008, a new 2,500 sqm facility was opened in Pianezza, in the province of Turin.

Turning and milling of metal components

Inside the mechanical workshop, highly qualified operators work on state-of-the-art machinery, such as CNC lathes, multi-spindle machines, or cam-operated lathes, for the processing of metals and metal alloys to create turned and milled metal components.

These components, intended for various industries such as furniture, hydraulics, and automotive, also include precision metal small parts.

PGF, following the philosophy of "continuous improvement," motivates its staff to achieve set objectives, which has contributed to the company’s success in the production of metal components, both nationally and across Europe.
