Turning on automatic lathes

The cam-controlled lathes can be of either sliding or fixed headstock types, all machines are equipped with bar feeders.

Turning operations with automatic cam-controlled lathes apply to medium complexity productions; over the years these machines have been constantly checked and overhauled, ensuring excellent quality standards.

Furthermore, since cam-controlled machining may have relatively higher costs or may not always be suitable, PGF has a dedicated small re-work lab. In particular, the available machine tools are: Transfer equipment, Thread cutters, Drilling and Milling machines.
