The PGF automatic lathing facility uses advanced technologies, such as Multi-spindle lathe centres that enable the annual production of millions of custom designed parts such as bushings, pins, washers, small metal parts and fastenings.
Thanks to its multi-spindle turning facilities the company is much appreciated in the most important multinational automotive companies and the relative aftermarket sector.
The PGF multi-spindle lathes are suitable for the production of large quantities of turned parts of average complexity up to 28 in diameter; for maximum productivity these lathes are equipped with automatic bar feeders.
Within its facility, PGF has developed a small sharpening department equipped with grinders and specific equipment for the sharpening of the various cutting tools and tips used on the lathes.
